Select Camp:
Young performers get the thrill of being on stage! Every two weeks the campers put on a show for their parents. The first is a smaller performance to help the kids comfort level with the art of theatre. The second is a larger production put on in the Garfield Theatre. We will play theatre games, learn theatre terms, and focus on “the big three”–facial expression, body language, and projection. They will also participate in swim lessons, art & crafts, sports and field trips. Sing, dance and act your summer away.
In Kochavim, campers audition for a role in the session’s production. Each camper is cast in the show, and learns about the stage, backstage, costumes, makeup, scenery, and performing. All campers practice their singing, dancing, and acting skills. In addition to rehearsing their production, campers enjoy swim lessons, arts & crafts, sports, field trips, and special theatre outings.
