Parents are responsible for transportation to and from camp. Between June 23 and August 15, limited transportation is available for campers 4 years and older from designated sites in the following areas (subject to minimum enrollment): Carmel Valley, Del Cerro, Del Mar, Encinitas, Rancho Bernardo, and Scripps Ranch. Transportation is available on a first come, first serve basis. Per 4-week session:

Free/JCC Member; $50/Non-member.

Transportation during Post-Specialty Camps (August 18–22) is limited to three sites: Carmel Valley, Del Cerro, and Rancho Bernardo.

Please be advised, if your child misses the bus four consecutive days without notification, he/she will be dropped from the bus roster.

All full-day campers ages 4 and up participate in weekly field trips to special sites within San Diego County. Older campers enjoy visits to sites outside the County.

All campers receive a cheese PIZZA LUNCH on a designated day each week! Campers bring a dairy lunch on all other days. A lunch program is also available through Elijah's. More information is in the parent packet (sent after registration).

Please keep expensive clothing, toys, and electronics at home. Be sure to label all belongings, including clothing, beach towels, sunblock and lunch boxes. The JCC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

A limited number of scholarships are available based on financial need. Requests for financial assistance must be submitted no later than April 21, 2008. Requests received after this date will be considered only if funds are available. Scholarships are not available for one-week sessions.

NOTE: Current tax returns must be provided.

Extended hours before and after regular camp hours are available. for an additional fee. Afternoon extended hours for preschool- aged campers are available only after 3:30 pm.
