Transportation
Parents are responsible for transportation to and from camp. Between June 18 and August 10, limited transportation is available for campers four years and older
from designated sites in the following areas (subject to minimum enrollment):
Carmel Valley, Del Cerro, Del Mar, Encinitas, Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch and Sorrento Valley. Transportation is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Per 4-week session: FREE/JCC Member; $60/Non-member.
Transportation during Post-Specialty Camps (August 13–17) is limited to three sites, Carmel Valley, Del Cerro, and Rancho Bernardo. Transportation is available
on a first come, first serve basis. Per 1-week session: FREE/JCC Member; $15/Non-member.
NOTE: For children riding to and from camp in a van (not a school bus): If your child is under 8 or under 4'9" you must supply a booster seat.
Please be advised, if your child misses the bus four consecutive days without notification, he/she will be dropped from the bus roster.

Field Trips
All full-day campers ages four and up participate in weekly field trips to special sites within San Diego County. Older campers enjoy visits to sites outside the
County.
Lunch
All campers receive a cheese PIZZA LUNCH on a designated day each week! Campers bring a dairy lunch on all other days. A lunch program is also available through
The Place (at the JCC). More information is in the parent packet (sent after registration).
Please Note
Please keep expensive clothing, toys, and electronics at home. Be sure to label all belongings, including clothing, beach towels, sunblock and lunch boxes. The
JCC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available based on financial need. In order to apply for scholarships your JCC account must be in good standing. Requests for
financial assistance must be submitted no later than April 18, 2012. Requests received after this date will be considered only if funds are available. For more

NOTE: Current tax returns must be provided. Paymet plans are available by bank draft options.
Inclusion Information
Please indicate if your child has special needs by checking the inclusion section on the application and submit it by Friday, March 9, 2012. All applications will
be reviewed and families will be notified by Monday, April 16, 2012. Parents are encouraged to research alternative summer programs since we are not able to accommodate
all families who apply.

Extended Care Hours/Fees
Extended hours before and after camp are available for an additional fee. Afternoon extended hours for preschool-aged campers are available only after 3:30 P.M.

Monday–Thursday, 7:30 A.M.–5:30 P.M. (Camp Keshet only)
Friday, 7:30 A.M.–5:00 P.M.

*Fee for late pick-up is $1.00 per minute.
Camp Jaycee will be closed on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 in honor of Independence Day.
