Promotion Terms and Conditions: Promotion valid for new members January 8, 2023. A membership contract must be signed and a credit card must be submitted upon joining. Memberships are billed monthly until notification of cancellation is received. Members who wish to terminate must submit a 30-day written notice prior to the 1st of the month.
