12-week Program | Begins Tuesday, April 6 | Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center | JACOBS FAMILY CAMPUS | 4126 Executive Drive, La Jolla | 858.362.1340

Participants meet 3x/week for 12 weeks, virtually via Zoom: 

  • Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:00 pm: Small group health coaching women’s circle and community discussion/support
  • Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00 - 8:30 am: Small group fitness training 

Participants will also receive weekly worksheets and guided meditations to help activate your body’s natural self-healing mechanisms and keep you focused on the path to your goals as well as a group chat thread for daily inspiration, accountability, celebrating wins, and general idea exchange.
