As the number of aging adults continues to grow, family members will be faced with knowing how to provide or arrange care for their loved ones. Who does one turn to for answers? What questions should be asked? What resources are available? Please join us to hear about how you can be ready to help your aging parents or relatives. There will be time after the presentations to meet with the speakers and get your questions answered.

Workshop topics will include:
• Overview of the aging process and when to know your parents/relatives may need help.
• Legal issues – Capacity, Conservatorship, Important Legal Documents
• Insurance – Medicare, Medi-Cal, Long Term Care Insurance
• Housing Options – When is it time to move? What one should know when choosing a residential care facility.

This class will review the concepts from Beginning Bridge and teach you the Slam Bidding conventions (Blackwood & Gerber). It will also teach you competitive bidding techniques (Overcalls & Doubles).

Tai Chi/Qi Gong involves simple moves to help increase energy, strengthen immune system, reduce stress and discover joy through movement. Instructor Leslie Johnson-Leech has taught this class for over 20 years.
