Krav Maga

January 3, 2010 through February 28, 2010

Sundays, 9AM; Wednesdays, 7PM; Thursdays, 7PM (Students choose two classes each week, or three w/Instructor permission)

Krav Maga is the Israel Defense Forces system of self-defense. The course is taught by this country’s top certified American instructors who were trained by the best instructors in Israel. In the first 8 week course, students will learn a variety of techniques in a fun, physical setting covering self-defense, awareness, fighting skills, rape prevention, multiple attackers, weapons, etc. and incorporating strength training, coordination drills and scenario training. Our program is considered the best Krav Maga location in the USA.
