Abs Blast

Aerobics for Everyone

Monday, Wednesdays, Friday, 9:15–10:10 am
Gotthelf Dance Studio

This high energy, low impact class focuses on coordination, stamina, and strength. Benefits include reduced stress on joints and lower back as well as increased range of motion and mobility for better movement. All ages and fitness levels welcome.

Aqua Boot Camp

Monday & Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

This class implements a combination of strength training exercises, sports-specific drills, intense cardiovascular work, intervals, and plyometrics. This challenging workouts will give you an extra push to surpass your comfort zone with water being a great medium for cross-training.

Swimming skills are not needed: personal flotation devices are available for use if desired.

Athletic Drills

Athletic Drills is an intense cardio workout that combines sports drills, plyometrics, jump rope and medicine balls to get you in shape fast. It will improve: speed, power, and endurance.

Balancing Act

These classes offer exercise specific to our unique balance deficits. You will not only learn comprehensive balance training - including sensory integration, vestibular and proprioceptive training - you will go home after each class with tools to incorporate into your daily life. Classes are taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Booty Barre/Booty Blast

Outdoor Fitness Fusion

Taking the exercise experience outdoors, this class combines strength and cardio interval training by utilizing many modalities to create powerful movements that will define muscle tone and sculpt your body. Our focus is to get the body to move naturally and be the athlete again.

Stretch for Flexibility

Reduce tension in your body by elongating your muscles. This class combines a variety of stretching techniques to open up your body. Adding stretching to your life will prevent muscular strain, tearing and general soreness. A perfect class for any level of fitness! Wear comfortable clothes. Tai Chi/QiGong for Older Adults

Vinsaya Flow Yoga I

Vinsaya is the alignment of movement and breath, a method which turns static asana into a dynamic flow. Focusing on fundamental poses in detail, you will gain an understanding, which can easily be built upon to increase your strength and flexibility, develop mind-body awareness and alignment, and learn to integrate breath with movement. This class is great for beginners or those who prefer a slower flow.
