Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is one of the best things you can do during your pregnancy! Shelley’s Prenatal Yoga classes prepare mamas for labor and birth on multiple levels. Women gain strength, flexibility while easing aches and pains. Shelley guides you deeply into your own heart, facilitating a connection with your baby and your highest, most Divine Self. Prenatal yoga is a great place to meet other like-minded women embarking on their journey into motherhood! Classes run in 8-week sessions.

Mixed Modality Bootcamp

Tuesdays / Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.
Qualcomm Sports & Fitness Center

A hybrid workout that combines strength, agility, endurance, and flexibility through multiple modalities. The use of TRX, Rip Trainer, ladder, kettlebells, and medicine balls are brought together by our highly-qualified instructors.

This three day comprehensive camp for adults provide nutrition education, innovative fitness classes, strategies for successful goal setting, flexibility, balance training, relaxation, stress reduction, massage and more! Join us at the JCC for an educational journey where fitness meets fun!
