Calling all fit, want to be fit or used to be fit Women! Here is your chance to get FIT (Functional Intense Training)! Whether your goal is to run a race, reclaim your pre-baby body or meet other women with like interests—this is the program for you!
Make a commitment to yourself and join the fun. Six weeks of progressive training that will be individualized to give you results.
EACH WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE:
• Cardiovascular Training • Strength Building Exercises • Flexibility
You will receive nutritional guidance throughout the entire program on an individual basis.
J-FIT is led by Alesha McGough. She is a certified Fitness Professional with a degree in Exercise Fitness Management.

Triathlon/Duathlon Training Camp for Beginners

Coach William Hansen is a multisport athlete, runner, and JCC master swim coach with over 20 years of activity in various sports. In depth experience in overall training with a keen ability to communicate and coach in an effective, easy and fun manner to help anyone reach their goals regardless of athletic background or age. Will is also a Presidential Fitness Award recipient and has awards in racing, BMX cycling, speed skating, downhill ski racing and motorsports. Minimum of 8 to start program.

Our 7 week program will help you get ready and peak for the Solana Beach Triathlon/Duathlon on July 24, 2011. The Triathlon is a .25 mile swim, 9 mile bike and a 3 mile run or Duathlon is a 1 mile run, 9 mile bike and a 3 mile run. Your training plan includes:

  • Brick workouts
  • Swimming biomechanics (in our Olympic size pool)
  • Bike set up and proper fit of a bike on our turbo trainers
  • Running and heart rate training
  • Transitions
