Self Defense

Krav Maga

8 week session begins on Sunday, May 19-Thursday, July 11, 2013

• Sundays, 9:00 A.M.
• Wednesdays, 6:30 P.M.
• Thursdays, 7:00 P.M.

(Students choose two classes each week, or three with Instructor’s permission) 

Krav Maga is the Israel Defense Forces system of self-defense. The Instructors for this program are the top certified American Instructors, all of whom have many years of teaching experience; here at the JCC for over 21 years! 

In the first 8 week course, students will learn a variety of techniques in a tough, physical setting, covering self-defense, awareness, fighting skills, rape prevention, multiple attackers, weapons, etc. and incorporating strength training, coordination drills and scenario training. 

Our program is considered the best Krav Maga location in the USA.
