J-TEAM After School Enrichment Program

For Grades K–6

M/Tu/Th, 2:30–6:00pm; W, 12:30–6:00pm; F, 2:30–5:00pm

J-Team is one of the most exciting after-school enrichment programs available in San Diego. Filled with adventure and fun in a supportive and enlightening environment, J-Team captures the fun of summer camp after school all year round.

Each day highlights a special activity such as tennis, swimming, computers, science, sports, games, cooking, free time in the gym, and much more. There is also quiet time for homework and independent study. Also weekend and holiday programs are available throughout the year. Bus Transportation provided for some schools.

Cooking (Grades K–6)

Mondays, 4:00–5:00pm
• Session 1: September 10–October 15 (6 weeks)
• Session 2: October 22–December 17 (8 weeks)

Whip up a culinary delight in no time! Your child will learn basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety. At the end of the session, your child will have a recipe book of all dishes they have made to share with their families at home..

Spanish (Grades K–6)

Tuesdays and/or Thursdays,

Sensory and Fine Motor Skills (PreK–Grade 3)

Thursdays, 3:30–5:00pm
September 20–December 20 (11 weeks) (No class 11/22)

Instructor Deb Lubke, our Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will conduct a class of multi-sensory lessons which will teach all learning styles of handwriting. A simple, developmental-based curriculum for writing readiness, printing and cursive. This class involves a variety of fun-filled activities< with yoga/Pilates for children
