Sports Fundamentals with Coach Dru

This enrichment introduces children to foundational physical education skills, including throwing, catching, and kicking, which help build coordination and confidence for age-appropriate sports. Children will practice safely catching and throwing a ball toward a target and kicking a stationary ball with proper technique. The goal is to make learning these important skills fun, active, and safe while helping children have a blast!
