About Pickleball

Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, played on a badminton-sized court with a slightly modified tennis net, a paddle, and a plastic ball. Improve your Game with Coach Steve

Come develop your pickleball skills with Coach Steve! Coach Steve can help you improve your pickleball game whether you are just learning how to play, an expert, or anywhere in between. Coach Steve is a multi-sport athlete who started playing tennis when he was old enough to hold a racquet. He was a district champion and city finalist. Steve has won several pickleball tournaments and was invited to Nationals after winning a platinum ticket in 2023. He has been trained by the Johns brothers, Tyson McGuffin, and many others. Steve has coached players of all ages and is excited to help anyone willing to learn. Steve believes pickleball is a fun way to build community and a great alternative or supplementation to traditional cardio and functional training. Steve will provide a paddle and balls if you are interested in a lesson. All you need to bring is yourself. Make sure to wear a pair of athletic shoes with flat soles that will give you ankle support. He looks forward to seeing you on the court!
