Shabbat at the J

In the Jewish tradition, Shabbat provides a once-a- week opportunity to slow the pace of our hectic lives and concentrate on relationships instead of things and our spiritual lives rather than our work lives. The traditional Shabbat rituals include blessing for children, candles, wine, and challah (braided bread).  We invite all of our JCC community, people who are Jewish, people of all faiths and people of no faith to take this time to "relax and reboot" by participating in the following Shabbat experiences.
