MUV meditation and prenatal music stimulation is a unique experience which nurtures both mother and baby, offering a space to slow down, listen inward, and build a connection you will cherish forever. Through gentle movement, music, and guided meditation, moms are invited to relax, connect, and create meaningful moments with their baby during this special time of pregnancy. Facilitated by Maya Zrihen of Rhythm & Bloom. For expectant moms at 19+ weeks.
