This class uses a combination of structured instruction and creative play to teach important social skills like turn taking, back-and-forth conversation, self-advocacy, and initiating play with peers. Emotional regulation skills are woven into the curriculum with calm down strategies and mindfulness techniques. Every class will include both planned activities and free play time.
