Move Together, Feel Better
Looking for the perfect way to recharge before your evening routine? Join us Tuesday evenings for sunshine, fresh air, and a healthy dose of endorphins. Together, we’ll move our bodies, lift our moods, and support each other in building strong mental and physical well-being.

What to Expect
- Warm-up together before heading out
- 2–5 mile pace groups for every level (no-drop: no one left behind!)
- Routes for walkers, joggers, and runners—everyone’s welcome
- A “Know Before You Go” email sent the day before
- Whether you’re here to hit a personal best or enjoy a community walk, Run Club is for you.
*This is a member-only program, but members are encouraged to bring a guest. Invite a friend or family member—it’s a great way to introduce them to the JCC community!*
