Eileen Wingard

Eileen Wingard, B.A., M.A. Phi Beta Kappa, received her B.A. in Music, M.A. in Music Education, Teaching Credential and Performance Certificate from UCLA. She was a Fulbright Scholar at the Hochschule fur Musik in Stuttgart, Germany. She taught instrumental music at John Adams and at John Burroughs Junior High Schools in Los Angeles. She played violin in the Pasadena Symphony, in the San Diego Symphony Orchestra, in the San Diego Opera Orchestra and in the La Jolla Chamber Orchestra. She has given lectures on music at Senior Centers, Universities, Brandeis-Bardin retreats, and for pre-concert symphony performances. She is the music columnist for San Diego Jewish World and was the columnist for the San Diego Jewish Press, Heritage.
