Friends With Benefits 

Like laughter or a race to the finish line, many of life's experiences are best shared with a good friend. For the month of November, pick a friend to be your new workout partner and find ways to both empower and challenge each other at the J. With unlimited access to Group Fitness classes for all members and their friends, try something new and get stronger together

 

How It Works

  • Bring a friend to the J and have them register for a FRIENDPASS with the Guest Services team
  • Sign up for and attend a Group Fitness class together. Be sure to check out some of our new classes! 
  • Take your friend(s) to as many Group Fitness classes as you like during the month of November. Members and participating friends must attend the J together during their visit. 

Reward: Refer A Friend Discount 

Get a complimentary month added to your membership with each friend that signs up for their own membership. We'll also waive the registration fee for your friends! 

Must be a current LFJCC member to redeem. 

**NEW** GROUP FITNESS CLASSES 

 

Monday 

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Frank

A circuit training class with different workstations consisting of TRX straps, battle ropes, push-ups, and weight training equipment. 

6:00pm - 7:15pm 

 

Tuesday

Immersive Cycle with Will 

A cycling class with hill climbs, sprints, and other challenging drills, while being immersed in exciting lights, videos, and music that elevates your cycle experience.

6:30am - 7:15am 

 

Wednesday

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Frank

A circuit training class with different workstations consisting of TRX straps, battle ropes, push-ups, and weight training equipment. 

6:00pm - 7:15pm 

 

Friday

Box & Sculpt with Erica

A vigorous combination of kickboxing and HIIT moves including toning, sculpting and postural positivity. No gloves required.

4:00pm - 5:00pm
